Look, we know fitness is important. We’ve even done an episode on it some time ago. But we also know fitness isn’t very accessible. And even if you can adapt fitness to your ability level and body type, the instructors are almost always people with model-like physiques that don’t have disabilities.
Or at least, that’s what we would say if we weren’t talking about Kakana. Think of Kakana like Peloton, but accessible. Virtual, live, and streamable fitness classes for people with and without disabilities. It’s seriously really cool, and if you’re thinking about getting in shape, why not do it now? I mean it’s not like we’re doing anything else these days anyway.
